Are you looking for an exciting role in a busy customer service team?

Our caseworkers handle a large amount of cases.  In this role you will be responsible for supporting all elements of casework and developing the service. 

What is critical is your ability to use IT, particularly MS Excel, to keep accurate records and work as part of a busy team. As well as working closely with caseworkers you will also provide valuable support to a wide range of roles, including analysts and senior managers. This will provide an excellent platform for learning, development and future progression.

Our casework support team are also responsible for communicating with our customers so a can-do, positive and customer focused attitude is a must.
