The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is the main processing facility and centre of excellence for payment, reimbursement, remuneration and reconciliation for NHS Dental Practitioners, Pharmacists, NHS Pensions and other affiliated parties.
An opportunity has arisen to join the small team providing administration support for Pensions Document Management, Complaints, Information Governance and Fraud. The role is being offered as a Band 2 with progression to Band 3 on becoming multi-skilled across all the functions of the team.
The role requires the provision of a high level of customer service working on documented, standard casework dealing with enquiries from both internal and external customers working to statutory and internal targets.
You will be required to undertake routine analysis, investigation, logging of information, payment calculations and reconciliation of information. You will assist in the creation of reports and collation of statistical information for managers and stakeholders. The role also provides support for the Pensions Document Management Review process, so managing databases, knowledge of how an Intranet works and formatting documents would be useful, although full training will be given.
