The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is the main processing facility and centre of excellence for payment, reimbursement, remuneration and reconciliation for NHS Dental Practitioners, Pharmacists, NHS Pensions and other affiliated parties.
Vacancies are available in an exciting and dynamic area of NHS Pensions. Successful applicants will strive to continually improve business processes which will ultimately make for a better customer experience. The post holder will be a strong communicator who will be able to engage NHS Pension teams through involvement to analyse and challenge current processes. You will be able to work autonomously, formulating your own decisions whilst managing and prioritising a heavy workload.
With GCSE Grade C passes in a minimum of 2 subjects including English and Mathematics (or equivalent) or equivalent work experience you will have experience of working in a Pensions Administration or the NHS Pensions environment. You will also demonstrate a proven track record of analysing complex business processes.
