The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is the main processing facility and centre of excellence for payment, reimbursement, remuneration and reconciliation for NHS Dental Practitioners, Pharmacists, NHS Pensions and other affiliated parties.
NHS Pensions is looking to recruit enthusiastic and self-motivated Pensions Administrators. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking, innovative organisation, contributing to a team that provides a comprehensive and flexible administrative service looking after our members' futures today.
The post holder(s) will be required to deliver high quality customer service while working on documented, standard case work. This will involve taking action for current and retrospective enquiries, from both internal and external customers and will require routine analysis, investigation, payment calculations and reconciliation of information.
You will need the ability to apply a high standard of concentration and attention to detail in an open office environment. Computer skills with experience of Microsoft Office are essential, along with excellent communication and grammatical skills. Successful applicants must have achieved GCSE Grade C passes (or equivalent) in a minimum of two subject, including English and Maths; or demonstrate equivalent work experience.
