The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is the main processing facility and centre of excellence for payment, reimbursement, remuneration and reconciliation for NHS Dental Practitioners, Pharmacists, NHS Pensions and other affiliated parties.

Due to expansion, we have exciting opportunities for Real Time Resource Planning Analysts to join our Workforce Management Team to support the operation to manage daily workloads supported by the use of our Workforce Planning Tool.

You will be responsible for the allocation of work based upon skills and priorities to ensure resource capacity is optimised. You will manage the daily workflow email account, responding to queries in a timely manner and undertake intra-day management and analysis of the tool to ensure resources and skills best fit the work to promote efficiency.

You must have experience of working in a real time function in a multi skilled environment using a workforce planning tool. You will have a customer focus and an ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload to strict deadlines. A high level of verbal and numerical ability is essential.
