An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assessment Officer role within Student Services. 

Working as part of Student Services within Citizen Services, the Assessment Officer will be required to assess, and process complex means tested application forms. You will be responsible in examining and interpreting information received in Student Services from a range of sources quickly, accurately, and fairly complying with agreed procedures and technical instructions.

Quality checking all work streams across the service is also requirement.

A key element of the role involves working with internal and external customers, stakeholders and third parties via telephone to ensure their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.

The Assessment Officer should be comfortable handling concurrent tasks/systems and cope with distractions. You must have an eye for detail and must be able to understand information quickly and accurately. A key element to the role is for you to have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
