The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is the main processing facility and centre of excellence for payment, reimbursement, remuneration and reconciliation for NHS Dental Practitioners, Pharmacists, NHS Pensions and other affiliated parties.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Training and Resource Team as a Training and Resource Co-ordinator.

This role will be key to providing support and is responsible for the co-ordination of all Operational Training activities, supporting the delivery of high quality training within the Citizen Services.
The post holder will support Operational Training for all training initiatives and also will be proactive in responding to training related queries, maintain accurate training records and maintain the training and recruitment databases.

You’ll have good organisational skills and have a flexible attitude to your working day. A key element to the role is for you to have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
As a integral part of the Training and Resource team, you will also liaise with HR to ensure all recruitment administration is completed allowing the transition of staff from agency to permanent positions. This includes the collation of pre-employment checks such as references and right to work documents.
