The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is the main processing facility and centre of excellence for payment, reimbursement, remuneration and reconciliation for NHS Dental Practitioners, Pharmacists, NHS Pensions and other affiliated parties.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Contact Centre team as an Academy and Quality Coach.

This role will be key to providing support and coaching, primarily within the academy environment, but also across the wider Contact Centre to ensure new and existing staff are fully supported putting into practice training and up-skilling.

You will be passionate about people, coaching and development with a can-do attitude and a drive to succeed. You will also be part of shaping this role and therefore a high degree of self management, proactivity and flexibility is a must.

The post-holder will be able to balance the need to support staff in the academy environment against the need to ensure relevant performance standards are achieved so that when staff leave the academy they are fully prepared.
