The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is the main processing facility and centre of excellence for payment, reimbursement, remuneration and reconciliation for NHS Dental Practitioners, Pharmacists, NHS Pensions and other affiliated parties.

As an account manager, the Senior HR Adviser will deliver a full range of HR Advisory services including management of ER casework; the delivery of timely, accurate and up to date advice in line with relevant HR policy current legislation and best practice; development of training materials,; MI job evaluation; manager coaching and training; support for organisational change and TUPE; HR policy review and development; exit support and organisation design.

The successful candidate must be a credible HR practitioner with significant relevant experience and the ability to develop productive and enduring stakeholder relationships at every level of the business.
As this is a client facing role it is essential that candidates have a solid understanding of operating within a customer focused commercial environment and have previously delivered a HR service within SLAs and quality standards. Experience of working with Agenda for Change or operating within a multi contractual environment would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will be degree calibre with an HR management qualification.

Whilst the post holder will operate primarily from Stella House. Occasional national travel will be required.
