As many of these services are delivered via projects, the NHSBSA has a significant corporate change portfolio, to be managed effectively, in a controlled manner and at pace.
About the role
As a Project Manager Lead you'll be part of the Portfolio management team. The Portfolio team manages the delivery of a £30m change portfolio each year. The team includes Project Managers, Programme Managers, Business Analysts, Project Coordinators, Project Support Officers and Portfolio Office roles. As Project Manager Lead, you’ll be a leader for the project management community, have line management responsibilities and develop the profession to best support delivery of the NHSBSA change portfolio.
There is 1 post to support the project management community. You’ll be part of the Portfolio management team, which also includes 2 Business Analyst Leads and a Portfolio Office Manager. As a member of the management team you will actively contribute to the continued maturity of portfolio management and portfolio team professions.
