An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Quality Information Processor, the post holder is responsible for checking the accuracy of various call streams for CCS and work streams for Customer Support
The post holder is responsible for the accurate entry of data to be utilised by a Quality Data Analyst. Working as part of a team, Quality Information Processors must be flexible, adaptable and prepared to move quickly between all tasks or duties.
There are two Quality Information Processor posts available, which consists of secondments for up to 3 Months.
You must have proven organisational skills, experience of managing workflow and multi-tasking together with providing excellent written and verbal customer service.
Candidates with experience of one or more of the following business areas are encouraged to apply:
- Front line processing of NHSBSA applications in Customer Support Services
- Experience of working with the NHSBSA's Contact Centre Services on EHIC/OHS/PPC Lines
- Experience of conducting quality checks and assurance for the NHSBSA
