As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining an exceptional candidate experience during the entire recruitment process for Citizen Services. Reporting into the Training and Resource Lead, you will be supporting the Citizen Services recruitment function in key initiatives to ensure that we are attracting the best possible talent for Citizen Services. You will be supporting the identification and initial screening of candidates, and will have a keen interest in Customer Service Contact Centres and Back Office Administration sectors. You will also support the coordination of interviews, having ownership of some administrative functions and will be conducting research into recruitment trends, insights and shifts within the market.
You will line manage a team of Training and Resource Coordinators to support the hiring needs of areas of Citizen Services. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will serve as integral member of the team and will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and a seamless recruitment process.
Flexibility will be required as there will be a requirement for regular travel and overnight stays.
