The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is the main processing facility and centre of excellence for payment, reimbursement, remuneration and reconciliation for NHS Dental Practitioners, Pharmacists, NHS Pensions and other affiliated parties.

The NHSBSA have been requested by NHS England to expand the Provider Assurance Service covering Primary care contractor groups that will deliver activities to ensure the accuracy of the data held about contracts, deliver regular monitoring and reporting of performance, and enable the identification and challenge of systematic and behavioural risk.

This will facilitate action to prevent, deter or recover inappropriate payments from NHS funds and identify quality improvements that can be delivered through education or policy change.

This role will play a key part in the provision of information, data and reporting that supports operational and policy teams to successfully develop and deliver improvements in quality and productivity within our teams and across wider health systems.

Working as part of a diverse team, the Senior Analyst will collaborate with others and take a lead role in projects and programmes that deliver impactful recommendations and decisions on the best method of data capture, data use and analytics.

The Senior Analyst will deliver advanced, quality-assured analysis, interpretation and presentation of highly complex data and information to support the needs of the assurance service and inform decision making within wider Health and Care systems
