NHSBSA Strategic Sourcing has created a six month secondment opportunity to support the Contract Management Team. You will act as the Contract Management Team Administration Officer. You will be responsible for delivering a professional and comprehensive administrative service by providing administrative support to the NHSBSA Contract Management Team.

A key responsibility will be verifying and authorising registrations to access the NHS Print Contract online ordering portal and answering related queries.

You will be required to work closely with the NHSBSA Contract Management Team to provide an efficient administrative support. You will have contact with NHSBSA senior managers, external suppliers and NHS customers and must therefore be able to deal with important and confidential information with professionalism.

You must be able to work under pressure and prioritise your own workload.
