The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is the main processing facility and centre of excellence for payment, reimbursement, remuneration and reconciliation for NHS Dental Practitioners, Pharmacists, NHS Pensions and other affiliated parties.
This role is an exciting opportunity to join the Patient Services and Contact Centre Teams at NHSBSA.
The work of the post holder will primarily involve analysing data sets across the services, working with customer insight and feedback, and looking to inform improvements in the way data is collected and gathered. The post holder should be able to present data in an intuitive way and have a methodical approach to ensuring that the quality of their work is of the highest standard.
Initially the post holder will work with the Senior Service Delivery Manager and other analysts, working in a team of QI analysts and ensuring that regular communication and best practice is shared across the team.
