Do you want to work for an organisation that CAREs? Our values are Collaborate, Adventurous, Reliable and Energetic and we want to ensure the NHSBSA is a great place to work for our colleagues. Our purpose is to be a catalyst for better health - improving our services and delivering great results for our customers means we can have a positive effect on health and patient outcomes.

We have so far delivered £1 billion of recurring savings for the NHS which can be put back into frontline care and we have exciting and ambitious plans for the future. We have a wide portfolio of services and want to do more for our clients, customers and society as a whole. We’re using our expertise in digital, data analytics and insight to further improve our own business and the wider healthcare system.

If you have experience of delivering complex strategic sourcing solutions, are committed to staff engagement and development and have strong collaboration and partnering skills then we’d love to hear from you.
