A key role within the Human Resources area of the People team is our Senior HR Business Partner and we are currently expanding this team and looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join us.  

Our Senior HR Business Partners will work very closely with specific business areas within the business, understanding both their operational and strategic goals to enable them to effectively partner and provide pro-active future people focused initiatives and solutions to achieve business success. They will have full accountability for the people agenda within their business areas, own the relationships with Senior Leaders and ensure engagement on delivery.

The NHSBSA is an evolving and changing business, and the Senior HR Business Partner will need to collaborate with leaders to support complex organisational change initiatives, including TUPE. They will work closely with the HR Manager and HR Advisor for the business area to support such initiatives, as well as complex employee relation issues and future people activities.

In addition, the Senior HR Business Partner will lead on strategic people initiatives for across the business. This will include workforce planning, talent management and performance management. These initiatives are at different levels of maturity within the Business, and will be a great opportunity for the Business Partner to be innovative and focus on both colleague and business need. They will also have full awareness of changes that are occurring within employment legislation, NHS Employers and from the Government, and take ownership of such complex changes.

Due to the current pandemic, this role will initially be based at home until we return to our office's when flexible working will be continued to be supported. The NHSBSA is located nationally and there will be a requirement for the Senior HR Business Partner to travel to the locations their business areas.
