The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is the main processing facility and centre of excellence for payment, reimbursement, remuneration and reconciliation for NHS Dental Practitioners, Pharmacists, NHS Pensions and other affiliated parties.

The NHS BSA ICT Department develop, support and operate services in support of NHS BSA operations. These services are delivered through ITIL Service Management processes.

This role is focused on ensuring effective Release, Configuration and Change management for new and existing services with current Suppliers and internal functions in ICT. The post holder will manage the existing processes of the current service delivery model and resources.

You will hold a degree or equivalent in a relevant subject together with ITIL certification to at least Foundation level. With a proven and demonstrable track record of managing the delivery of ICT services, you'll have strong leadership skills and experience of managing staff. Excellent and proven written, numerical and presentational skills are essential along with the ability to engage with senior staff and suppliers.
