An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Learning and Events coordinator, with excellent planning and organisational skills to join the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA).
The post holder will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative services for all learning and events functions on behalf of the business. The role will support the People Team by gathering information and undertaking enquiries as and when necessary, which promotes excellent customer service and effective working relationships.
The post holder will work as part of a high-performing team to deliver an effective learning experience for customers and will be the first point of queries and escalation.
This role is pivotal to the success of the team, with a focus on the following:
- Effectively supporting the team
- Practically organising and managing the learning and training needs of the organisation.
- Raising the profile of the department within the wider business
- Ensuring your role capabilities are maintained and developed
