The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is the main processing facility and centre of excellence for payment, reimbursement, remuneration and reconciliation for NHS Dental Practitioners, Pharmacists, NHS Pensions and other affiliated parties.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Quality Team Manager. The successful candidate will provide leadership for the Quality Assurance Team, inspiring excellent performance from team members. You will be responsible for workload monitoring, performance management, efficiency improvements and customer service levels.

You will oversee Quality Assurance processes across a wide variety of work streams and collaborate with the operational management team to ensure KPIs are met as agreed with our sponsors. You will drive quality improvements within Citizen Services by leading team members and managers in quality assurance and analytics. 

The successful candidate will also ensure a continuous improvement culture exists within the team and as a result establish new working practices leading to performance improvements, enhanced customer service and reduced cost. You will continuously evaluate Quality Assurance frameworks in line with business changes.
