The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is the main processing facility and centre of excellence for payment, reimbursement, remuneration and reconciliation for NHS Dental Practitioners, Pharmacists, NHS Pensions and other affiliated parties.
You can help us to make the NHSBSA a more user-centred organisation.
You will be responsible for carrying out user research and reporting of customer insight activities for the NHSBSA under the supervision of a User Research Officer.
This role supports the digital project teams by identifying customer needs primarily through qualitative research. You will help to generate new and useful user insights, using agile research methodologies, translating these into features and actions that will enable our services to develop and iteratively improve their digital services for customers.
